Assistant Store Manager – Repco Ingleburn (Fixed Term) Repco is Australia's leader in automotive aftermarket parts, known for quality, expertise and continuous improvement. The role is a fixed‑term, full‑time on‑site position in Ingleburn, New South Wales. \Responsibilities Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations for success. Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Live, breathe, and role‑model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers. Act as safety leaders, always ensuring the safest work environment for yourself, your team, and customers. Often take on opening and closing responsibilities. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience, or readiness for the next step. Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations. Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is ideal. Flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence. Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy items. Strong commitment to safety.
