Additional information can be found at: Your Role As the Deputy Financial Lines Manager, your role will focus on enhancing profit, growth, service, and producer relations within our Financial Lines Team. You will act as a senior technical underwriter, managing renewal accounts and new business, while fostering key relationships with customers and brokers. Key Responsibilities: Achieve financial goals for Financial Lines, including underwriting profit and premium growth. Develop business strategies and analyse market opportunities while addressing any issues in the book of business. Foster relationships with brokers, develop sales strategies, and oversee effective sales pipelines. Ensure adherence to underwriting standards and improve quality through audits and documentation. Recruit, manage, and develop a skilled team, conducting performance evaluations and identifying training needs. Control expenses in line with budgets and service standards. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Deep understanding of Financial Lines insurance and strong underwriting skills. Capacity to creatively solve underwriting challenges and develop marketing strategies. Familiarity with pricing techniques, competitor products, and claims analysis. People leadership experience Demonstrated success in growing a portfolio and results driven Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to leverage Chubb’s global capabilities.
