The Role & Duties Working in the Public Law team, this is a busy role supporting a team of senior lawyers across a broad range of matters. You’ll be an integral part of a close‑knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities will include: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence File and matter management (electronic and hard copy) Monthly billing and time entry Opening and closing matters Assisting with court documents, briefs and e‑filing General administrative support to the team About You 12+ months experience as a Legal Secretary Confident using legal billing software and document management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise Friendly, adaptable and team‑focused Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset Please note that unfortunately we cannot consider WHV Holders, law students or law graduates for this position.
