Global Talent & Organisational Assessment Specialist Join to apply for the Global Talent & Organisational Assessment Specialist role at QBE Insurance . This is your opportunity to utilise your understanding of talent and assessment frameworks to influence enterprise-wide talent management strategies and succession planning for top leadership roles, and lead key global projects that will drive measurable impact. Join QBE’s Group People team in a strategic and varied role that blends global talent management with expertise in organisational psychology and assessment, working closely with stakeholders in our global regions. Duties include: Global talent and succession planning: Support our bi-annual senior level talent and succession processes, including success profiles and executive talent reporting for executive and Board audiences. Act as global subject matter expert: Provide thought leadership on talent and assessment methodologies. Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes to ensure quality and consistency. Drive strategic talent projects: Lead enterprise initiatives such as a review of our global assessment approach and refresh of our executive success profiles. Champion collaboration: Manage the global Talent Community of Practice to connect regional strategies with Group priorities. Deliver high-impact reporting: Accountable for regular and ad hoc executive-level reporting on talent and succession data and preparation of board papers. Ensure governance and compliance: Maintain alignment with enterprise frameworks and standards across global talent activities. Deliver training and guidance to leaders and People teams to embed best practice in succession and talent management. About You You are a strategic thinker with expertise in organisational psychology and talent management practices. Comfortable operating at the highest levels of the organisation, you combine analytical rigour with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and are passionate about building leadership capability and succession resilience. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in talent management and succession planning at senior levels. Strong assessment design and implementation expertise, including psychometrics. Demonstrated project management capability in complex, multi-region environments. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including board-level presentations. Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences. Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Psychology.
