Job Summary We are seeking experienced engineers to work on Implementation and Support projects for the GE PowerOn Advantage Platform. Responsibilities Lead and support projects on the GE PowerOn Advantage Platform. Work in global Electric T&D utilities, focusing on Grid Modernization/Digital Grid with an emphasis on DERMS. Provide expertise with major ADMS platforms (GE, SE, Siemens, HE, Oracle) and DERMS platforms such as SGS, EnergyHub, PXiSE, and AutoGrid. Mandatory Skills High level of knowledge of GE’s PowerOn Fusion and exposure to Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). Experience with integrated Asset Data models (e.g., SAP Asset Management, GE Smallworld GIS, Alstom SCADA). Development skills in PLSQL, PERL, JavaScript, and SOAP integration. Leadership, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills to guide peer and junior team members through periods of change. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, suppliers, and partners in a broad geography. Knowledge of ITIL processes and multi‑service provider environments. Safety leadership supporting Customer Services Mission Zero & HSEQ plans. Advanced IT knowledge (operating systems, servers, networking). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related digital/technology field. Relevant electrical and power systems knowledge or qualifications with applied experience in the field of expertise (management qualifications desirable). Minimum 10 years of experience in Global Electric T&D utilities, with at least 5 years on the GE PowerOn product and 3 years in ANZ utilities. Additional Requirements Experience with DERMS capabilities and specialized DERMS platforms such as SGS, EnergyHub, PXiSE, and AutoGrid. Minimum 5 years of experience working on the GE PowerOn product. #J-18808-Ljbffr
