Property Portfolio Manager – Sydney Join our dynamic Sydney property team as an experienced Property Portfolio Manager and make a real impact on Adbri’s future. In this full‑time role reporting to the Group Manager – Property, you’ll lead the management and optimisation of our diverse, growing property portfolio across Australia, driving strategic value and growth. Responsibilities Manage and optimise leasehold agreements across the national portfolio, ensuring compliance with critical dates. Serve as the key liaison between property, operations, and external parties to maintain operational and regulatory standards. Analyse portfolio performance to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost savings, and strategic investment. Coordinate leasing activities, due diligence, valuations, and legal documentation while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Support property‑related projects and initiatives to enhance portfolio efficiency and long‑term value. What You Will Need To Succeed Relevant tertiary qualification in property or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience managing property portfolios in a corporate or industrial environment. Strong expertise in lease administration, compliance, and negotiating complex property transactions. Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and strategic opportunities.
