Indoor Golf Venue Coordinator – Member Experience

This role is responsible for the daily operation of our indoor golf venue. You will be the first point of contact for members, manage bookings, handle front desk administration and ensure the venue is clean, organised and welcoming. Responsibilities Opening and closing the venue Handling member and customer enquiries Managing bookings and session changes Front desk duties, payments and basic admin Keeping the venue tidy and presentable Assisting with small events or functions Requirements Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently Reliable and punctual Experience in reception, admin, customer service, hospitality or fitness (preferred but not essential) No golf knowledge required — full training provided Benefits Full-time (38 hours/week) CBD location Free use of our indoor golf simulators Supportive, down-to‑earth team Training provided If this sounds like you, please apply — we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
