You will enrich people's lives through forging strong relationships with tenants and landlords. Manage and maintain a dynamic property portfolio. Assist and guide tenants to successfully manage their arrears including early intervention in arrears recovery to ensure sustainable tenancies. This includes meeting compliance reporting specific to arrears management. Undertake periodic inspections, including ingoing/outgoing inspections. Facilitate support and solutions for repairs and maintenance of tenancies. Process lease sign ups with compassion and empathy. Resolve tenancy issues through attending VCAT hearings. What you will need to begin this journey Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the community or social housing system and/or a minimum of two (2) years' experience in property or tenancy management in the private rental sector. Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles. Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience. Strong computer literacy skills and ability and capacity to learn IT operating systems. Are a self starter who is organised and able to prioritise. Love collaborating and working in a team. Possess a current Drivers Licence. Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check. Willingness to obtain a NDIS check.
