I.T Senior Business Analyst (D365 Finance) Snackbrands Australia is part of Intersnack Group, a private German snack food company founded in 1968. Though internationally owned, we remain very much a local company creating happy snacking moments for everyone We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Finance to join our IT Applications team and lead the delivery of D365 Finance projects, enhancements and support for our Finance function. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives on solving complex financial system challenges, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact. This role will be based at our head office in Norwest with regular travel to our manufacturing site at Orchard Hills. Responsibilities Develop, execute and lead unit, system and user testing as required to implement changes into production Support Finance users including production problems, incidents and change requests i.e. manage and resolve open tickets in your support queue. Follow ITIL processes and methodologies for approval and migration of changes to production. Work with vendors to provide support and upgrade information. Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft D365 Finance modules, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. Deliver Finance related D365 projects and enhancements on budget and aligned to business goals. Work closely with Finance leaders to ensure solutions meet operational and compliance requirements. Plan, monitor and report project performance Build strong relationships across business functions and positively influence best‑practice solution design. Ensure compliance with broader IT strategy and architecture. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior BA – Finance, ideally within FMCG. Excellent Dynamics 365 and business process knowledge in Finance and Operations. Solution knowledge of Dynamics 365, SQL database and integration technologies. Ability to research and facilitate D365 application solutions to meet business requirements Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and security related to D365 applications. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to prepare business cases, estimates and project documentation. Strong analytical, commercial and systems‑thinking capability. Experience managing multiple priorities across functions with conflicting requirements. Knowledge of high‑volume transaction and billing systems is an advantage.
