Rehabilitation Consultant Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist

Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Some of your day to day includes : Case management (caseloads are manageable and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs Working collaboratively with injured workers employers medical and allied health professionals Completinga variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills such as Functional Capacity EvaluationsWorksite Assessments Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessments. Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program Re-thinking Recovery We welcome new graduates to apply or soon to graduate Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellors We provide internal supervision for Provisional Psychologists which meets full registration requirements Check out our company videoif you want to see what IPAR is all about Qualifications Youll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Full Professional Registration withAHPRA or Full Professional Membership with ASORCor eligibility to apply Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders; Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy; Its the kind of career where well developed time management skills are a must & plus; A current valid Drivers License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
