Role Overview This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of practice areas , while also having the autonomy to develop and specialise in areas of personal interest . You will manage files from start to finish, liaise directly with clients, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and may be structured as full-time or part-time depending on the successful candidate’s circumstances – ideal for someone seeking balance between meaningful work and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities Manage matters in property conveyancing, leasing, wills and estates, and commercial law. Draft and review contracts, leases, wills, and other legal documents. Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients. Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and external parties. Attend settlements, mediations, and meetings as required. Assist in developing procedures and best practices as the firm grows. Contribute to marketing, client relationship management, and firm initiatives. About You You are a capable and motivated solicitor who enjoys variety and client contact. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and value professionalism with a personal touch. Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years post‑admission experience in one or more relevant practice areas. Sound drafting and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage matters independently with support when required. A genuine interest in building client relationships and growing with the firm. Desirable Experience across multiple practice areas.
