What You’ll Be Doing Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you’ll excel at driving performance, leading your team, and delivering real impact. In this role, you will: Take charge of business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share. Bring your industry smarts to deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice. Own the systems, processes, and performance measures that push the branch to hit—and beat—its targets. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams that genuinely value your input. Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of Trade Salespeople and Delivery Drivers, creating a culture where people want to perform and grow. What You’ll Bring Experience leading a team in a senior or branch management role—and the results to back it up. Plumbing wholesale knowledge (highly advantageous) or experience in plumbing/trade distribution. A customer‑first mindset with the confidence to communicate across all levels. A hands‑on leadership style that energises your team and drives results. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to create new opportunities.
