The Opportunity You will: Take ownership of an existing high-quality client book from day one Lead strategy across lending, tax structures, protection and investments Become the first call before a client makes any major financial move Work directly with the founders to shape how SIG scales Mentor, influence and improve our internal advice frameworks Convert warm inbound demand - we have more clients than capacity Step into a commercial, revenue-generating, leadership-track role This is not a maintenance role.This is a strategic seat with a pathway to partnership. About You You are already an adviser and a capable one. You have: 5+ years in the industry , with minimum 2+ years advising clients directly Full FASEA/education pathway completed Strong technical capability and understanding across: Lending structure (IO/P&I, offsets, buffers) Tax structures (such as debt recycling) Goal based advisory conversations Experience with XPLAN or Equivalent Commercial instincts - you spot opportunity early A mindset of ownership over employment A desire to be part of something larger than your current role allows Advisers who are frustrated by limitations, slow-moving firms or low-quality clients will thrive here.
