Position Purpose Join Certis as a Request for Service (RFS) Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of RFS activities across Terminals 1, 2 and 3 Based at Sydney Airport. Certis is looking for an enthusiastic RFS Team Leader to join our dynamic Aviation Security team at Sydney Airport. This is a key operational role requiring strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure the effective coordination of RFS services and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. you will work closely with our Performance Manager to coordinate forward planning of rosters, manage shift coverage, and support a network of trainers, Security Officers, and key customers. Your strong planning skills will ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service across our aviation security business. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Aviation Security, Guard, and RFS (Ready for Screening) activities across Terminals 1, 2 and 3. This vital leadership role ensures smooth operational delivery, compliance with security standards, and effective coordination of staff and resources. You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating Aviation Security Guards to perform their duties with professionalism, while maintaining CERTIS standards of safety, integrity, and service excellence.
