Due to strong expansion, we are seeking a part-time Accountant (16–20 hours per week) to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone seeking school-friendly hours, flexibility , and the option to work remotely . We will structure the hours to suit the right candidate. Why Join Us? Flexible work arrangements – school hours welcome Remote/hybrid options Supportive, collaborative team Opportunity to influence systems, reporting and financial controls Work directly with an experienced CFO Key Responsibilities Support the CFO with day-to-day financial operations Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management Prepare and lodge BAS for multiple entities Maintain and improve financial processes, controls and systems Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making Ensure timely and accurate journal entries and reconciliations Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our USA Business Manager Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as required About You CPA or CA qualification is essential 3–5 years+ accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative, reliable and committed to maintaining confidentiality Experience with overseas accounting practices (advantageous but not required) What We Offer Competitive pro-rata salary based on experience A flexible part-time role (16–20 hours per week) Opportunity to work from home and manage your own schedule A long-term role in a company with significant growth How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience and availability to *******@hydrapro.com.au .
