Although they are a small organization with only 14 employees, they operate with a high degree of professionalism and represent one of the largest OEMs globally. The equipment is sourced directly from the USA and Europe, and you will be the key driver for all product sales throughout the East Coast of Australia. The plan involves growing the customer basics and looking to deliver full turnkey plants into the Waste and recycling customers and getting this business to the number 1 spot within Australia. With several significant achievements in NSW, QLD and Vic, including partnerships with BINGO, Remondis, Suez and Soilco they have already achieved some outstanding results. Job Opportunity In this newly created opportunity, you’re to focus on winning key new turnkey plants with the major players in the market. It goes without saying that we need an industry expert that has done this before and knows how to sell the full 360 solution to major customers like Veolia, Suez, Borgs, Cleanaway, Wanless, JJ Rochards, local and state councils and private sites. This business offers the full solution from design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Your role will be to cover every aspect of the deal from start to finish. You can also offer different products or even different brands into the sale if the customer prefers Metso or Terex equipment – you’re not bound by one brand or machine. Product Portfolio Vibrating conveyors Conveyors The sales breakdown will be as follows: 80% for new & used equipment, 10% for new and aftermarket parts, and 10% for services and installations. This role requires extensive travel, estimated to be over 100,000 km each year, across the East Coast. This is not a desk job; the primary workspace will be the car. Engineering support and assistance can be provided by the head office, but the position necessitates travel. Candidate Requirements 5+ years in selling turnkey recycling plants or stationary screens Proven contacts and relationships within the relevant markets Trade or engineering qualification would be great but not essential; you will need to be able to read schematics and engineering CAD or SolidWorks, so a technical mind is clearly required. Salary Package The role is going to offer a full package and support programme that can see you earn beyond through your sales achievements. We are open to negotiate and a suitable base point in the interview process that is in line with the current market.
