The Opportunity We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our Manufacturing & Operations portfolio and drive significant commercial growth. This is a senior billing role designed for a high-performing recruiter who thrives on business development, market penetration, and closing complex recruitment solutions. You will leverage your established client network and build new revenue streams. You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by a respected global brand, and be trusted to build and scale a profitable desk while contributing to the broader commercial success of the business. The Role Owning and growing a high-value portfolio within Manufacturing & Operations Driving new business through proactive sales activity, market mapping and client acquisition Converting opportunities into long-term, retained and exclusive partnerships Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments with a strong focus on revenue, margin and delivery excellence Positioning S&You as a market leader through thought leadership and strong client advocacy Leveraging national and global networks to maximise deal flow and cross-selling opportunities What are we looking for? Proven track record of high billings in agency recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, operations, supply chain or logistics Strong hunter mentality with consistent success in new business development Established client relationships and the credibility to win complex, high-value assignments Commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue growth and market share Resilience, drive and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment A consultative sales approach focused on long-term partnerships rather than quick wins What's on offer?
