Close to public transport - Revesby/Bankstown Location We are currently seeking an Operations / Logistics Coordinator for the export department who is a team player with an eye for detail, who can manage multiple tasks and deliver exceptional service. As the successful candidate, you will have clear and concise communication skills, be mature-minded and able to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate a passion for delivering results to customers, and have the ability to work independently with a willingness to complete the task at hand. Responsibilities Processing of purchase and sales orders; Processing of import and export documentation; Advising on inventory levels and ensuring stock is available and ready for delivery; Handling day to day customer enquiries via phone and email; Coordinating between customers, suppliers, logistics partners and team members; Preparation of various sales reports. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar office environment; Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently; Diligence – persistent focus and concentration to achieve task completion; Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask; Competent user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word); Professional and confident phone manner; Flexibility, reliability and well presented. Language Preference Mandarin / Cantonese language preferred but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
