The Opportunity: Join our Redress Scheme Support Service team to provide sensitive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed support to individuals impacted by institutional childhood sexual abuse. You’ll work closely with clients, legal bodies, communities, and service providers to ensure safe and equitable access to the National Redress Scheme. This is a role for someone who is clinically skilled, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about making a lasting impact; especially in rural, remote, and regional outreach. Your Impact: Deliver therapeutic counselling and casework with trauma‑informed care Facilitate community info sessions across NT Empower clients throughout their National Redress Scheme journey Advocate, liaise, and represent RA‑NT nationally when required Champion inclusive service delivery and policy development Maintain accurate records and support program reporting What You’ll Bring: Degree‑qualified in social work, psychology, counselling or similar Skilled in trauma‑informed counselling and complex case managementExperienced in stakeholder engagement and community outreach Culturally responsive and committed to inclusion and social justice Ability to travel across the Northern Territory NT Working with Children Clearance National Criminal History Check Current NT Driver’s Licence Commitment to our Safeguarding Children Guidelines If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell a call on ***to find out more.
