About The Role The Contract Microsoft 365 Tools Facilitator role at AIM offers a dynamic opportunity to lead engaging learning experiences across Microsoft 365 Tools courses for non‑tech professionals. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality, interactive training to adult learners in corporate settings, using a mix of face‑to‑face, virtual and blended formats. Whether working with small teams or large cohorts, the role focuses on creating a collaborative and results‑driven learning environment that meets today’s workforce needs. Seeking applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane for face‑to‑face delivery. Note: Successful candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (face‑to‑face, virtual, blended) in Microsoft 365 Tools. Apply adult learning principles to design and facilitate impactful learning experiences tailored to professional audiences. Manage group dynamics, encourage active participation and foster inclusive learning environments. Continuously update content knowledge and integrate emerging trends or technologies into course delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course relevance, interactivity and learner outcomes. Provide feedback and insights to support course refinement and learner engagement. About You Proven experience facilitating Microsoft 365 Tools courses or learning experiences in professional learning environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best‑practice facilitation techniques. Confident delivering training across diverse formats, including online, in‑person and hybrid. Adept at managing varied learner needs and adapting delivery in real time. Tech‑savvy with experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS). Tertiary qualification in education, training or a relevant technical field is desirable. Passionate about continuous learning, innovation and enabling workplace capability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
