About the Role Digital Workplace exists to align technology, employees and business processes to improve operational efficiency. In this role, you'll be the onsite representative of AC3, delivering an exceptional customer experience and immediate solutions for end users. You’ll also provide End User Compute (EUC) asset lifecycle support. Working with the broader Digital Workplace team, you'll support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilisation and disposal of end-user devices managed by AC3 while keeping asset records, inventory and governance tight. The role will evolve and you’ll be trusted to make it your own and lift the standard over time. What you'll be doing Represent AC3 onsite and deliver a consistently excellent, high‑trust customer experience. Provide immediate, hands‑on troubleshooting and support for end‑user devices and common workplace applications. Own the operational workflow for EUC devices. Support asset management activities across the EUC lifecycle: inventory control, asset register accuracy, tagging/stock control and lifecycle tracking. Coordinate device movements, swaps and replacements to minimise downtime and business disruption. Work closely with the wider Digital Workplace team (and other AC3 practices) to ensure smooth handovers, escalation and outcome ownership. Identify repeat issues and friction points, improve process/knowledge, and drive continuous improvement in the onsite experience. What You'll Bring Experience in onsite EUC / desktop / digital workplace support with strong customer‑facing presence. A ‘fix it now’ mindset with calm, professional troubleshooting and clear communication. Working knowledge of end‑user device environments (Windows/Microsoft stack and common workplace tooling). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially around asset records, inventory hygiene and device lifecycle steps. Ability to collaborate across teams, follow process, and improve it when reality is messy. Comfort working in secure, policies‑first environments and following structured governance.
