Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery while adhering to stringent regulatory requirements. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across various stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and quality assurance standards Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including research and development, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications 5+ years of advertising agency experience as a project manager, account manager or producer Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly highly regulated industry Excellent project management skills with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross‑functional teams Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Workbook) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices Understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes Additional Information Orchard Marketing is part of the Enero Group.
