Senior Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced & detail‑oriented Senior Production Coordinator to join our fast‑growing MTO (Made To Order) Division, based at our global head office in Rosebery, Sydney. The MTO Division focuses on selling our mass‑market brand Coconut Grove to retail partners around the world including Anaconda, ALDI, Target Australia, Walmart, Kohl’s, Tesco, Costco, and TJX. Reporting into the Head of Production, you will optimise and monitor the production process and serve as the key contact between factories and customers. Responsibilities Key contact with retailers/customers to manage the production cycle: vendor onboarding, factory auditing, item creation, product testing, shipment inspection, shipping & booking processes, invoicing. Key contact with factories to ensure smooth & efficient transfer of all customer‑specific product, compliance & logistics requirements. Key contact with the Design team to ensure proofing of artwork and assistance with product and lifestyle shooting. Key contact with the Head of Production to ensure timely completion of all critical tasks, adhere to deadlines and provide overall administrative support. Key contact with IT & Finance teams to manage risk: insurance, invoicing, cash flow, ERP. Experience & Qualifications 3–5 years in a similar role, having worked with major retailers such as Kmart, Big W, TJX, ALDI, Costco etc. Experience dealing with factories in China for both hard & soft goods. Experience working with mass‑market retailers in Australia and internationally. Good knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes. Experience managing product safety & factory compliance. Experience with packaging and product design. Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy and strong organisational skills. Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word). Mandarin speaking is an added advantage (optional). Excellent time‑management and proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Fast learner who can quickly adopt our order processing system. Critical thinking and solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Flexible, able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Hard‑working, enthusiastic team player dedicated to driving the team forward. Proactive rather than reactive. Ability to prioritise and reprioritise according to changing business needs. Confidence to share opinions and respect listening to others. Strong sense of urgency. Leadership, always leading from the front.
