Freight Forwarder – Import Air DSV Air Sea is seeking a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Import Air in Melbourne. Responsibilities Arrange transportation and shipment of import air consignments from origin to destination. Compile, complete, and verify required documents and CargoWise One data in accordance with company policy and external regulations. Follow import workflow processes, SOPs, and management directives. Establish and maintain strong client relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers locally and overseas. Problem‑solve import air issues with stakeholders including airlines, transport providers, co‑loaders, and customers. Plan and prioritize import shipments to achieve milestone requirements, KPIs, and deadlines. Support the Senior Team Lead Manager, Airfreight with day‑to‑day activities and projects as required. Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant industry knowledge in a similar role. Process‑driven with ability to follow outlined processes. Collaborative teamwork and continuous improvement mindset.
