We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and support participants to live safely, confidently, and independently. About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals. This may include: Assisting with daily living and personal care Community access and social engagement Transport to appointments, activities, and work Meal preparation and household tasks Supporting skill development and independence Promoting dignity, choice, and well‑being Shifts available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
