Role Description The Mortgage Processing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves assisting clients through the mortgage application and approval process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. The specialist will collaborate with clients to assess their financial situations, work closely with lenders to obtain approvals, and maintain ongoing communication to provide updates. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to support mortgage-related processes.
