Salaried FT or PT (3+ days): $110,000+ FTE + super; higher bands for more experience. Diverse work: early years to young adults, family work + select forensic cases. Purpose‑built 1500sqm clinic: sensory gym, movement/play zones & outdoor options. Realistic targets: protected admin/reporting time with no crushing KPIs. Weekly supervision & PD allowance: ~$2,000 PD allowance & clear leadership pathways. Multidisciplinary mateship: 70+ Psychs, OTs, Speechies & Behaviour Support Practitioners. Values‑led culture: inclusive, authentic, relationship‑first—and fun. Your Duties will Include Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to children, adolescents and families. Conduct assessments, therapy and reporting with balanced, achievable targets. Collaborate with an expert MDT while building your own service niche and style. Work from a stunning, custom‑built clinic in Newcastle. Requirements / Skills Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic settings.
