Child And Adolescent Development Service – North Lakes QLD Established in 2009, Child and Adolescent Development Service (CAADS) , is a well-regarded allied health practice committed to supporting the wellbeing of young people and their families. We assist clients to understand and manage a wide range of concerns, providing individualized therapy with a strengths-based focus. The Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join us. We offer a supportive, team-based work environment, full reception support and ongoing client referrals. Key Responsibilities Providing effective, high quality, evidence-based interventions therapy across a range of clinical issues Working collaboratively with educators, GPs, and allied health professionals Preparing reports and other written communication as required Maintaining clear and accurate client records consistent with ethical standards Working in accordance with Psychology Board of Australia’s Code of Conduct (2025), clinical guidelines and other relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture About You We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents Has good critical thinking skills and ability for complex case conceptualisation Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in their therapeutic approach Skilled in building rapport with young people and their families Collaborative and eager to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team You will also have: Qualifications in Psychology and general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia Experience in child/adolescent mental health or developmental disorders Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance or willingness to obtain Australian Business Number (ABN) or willingness to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr
