You’ll influence decision‑making at all levels, deliver actionable insights, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while fostering a high‑performance culture. What You’ll Do Define and execute the Consumer Insurance Risk Strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements Lead initiatives to uplift risk capability and maturity, embedding consistent practices across the division Provide expert advice on governance, frameworks, and risk appetite to strengthen decision‑making Deliver insights from internal and external data to inform strategic decisions and improve resilience Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate risk insights into operational and strategic priorities Inspire and develop risk teams, building capability through coaching and targeted development programs Maintain regulator engagement through proactive communication, risk‑based approaches and transparency Regularly evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls to ensure they effectively mitigate risks What You’ll Bring Deep expertise in enterprise risk frameworks, insurance‑specific risks, and regulatory obligations Proven ability to set and execute risk strategies and influence senior leaders Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and deliver actionable insights Experience engaging with regulators and managing governance and compliance requirements What You’ll Enjoy Access our award‑winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
