As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join their high‑performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in high‑profile projects while growing your career with a company that truly values its people, expertise, and craft. The Role Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure project objectives are met. Compile and complete documentation related to your designated workflow. Work within the engineering team managing individual responsibilities, assisting with documentation. Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management. Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals and contracts per management in delivering an $90m commercial development. Stakeholder and resource management – ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives and quality is maintained throughout. Report directly to your site‑based Senior Project Engineer & Project Manager, showing capability to work autonomously as required. Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local commercial construction head contractor working on large‑scale developments. A trade or tertiary qualification in construction. Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites. Compliance with legislative and policy requirements. Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Whats on offer $130,000 – $170,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience) – Experience based salary banding.
