Responsibilities You will work closely with our customers and partners (both internal and external) and be responsible for delivering great customer service and sustainable Underwriting outcomes in line with Zurich’s risk appetite and Underwriting philosophy. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will provide technical advice and support, ensuring that underwriting standards and service level agreements are applied to the handling of all cases received. Qualifications Extensive experience in underwriting individual life, TPD, and income protection / Group Salary Continuance insurance with high level individual underwriting authorities. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement within dynamic environments. Customer focused mindset with a solutions driven approach. Completion of medical terminology course. ANZIIF and ALUCA CPLI certifications, strongly desired. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
