Contact Centre Consultant (JN - Location: Southport, Gold Coast, Australia Salary: AUD32 - AUD33 per hour + Super About the Company Our client is a leading Australian-owned business in the strata management industry, with a trusted reputation and a network of 30 branches across the country. About the Role As an Outbound Customer Service Officer, you’ll be contacting existing customers to notify them of changes to their direct debit payment process, following updates from the Bank’s direct debit process. This is not a sales role – it’s purely focused on relaying important information in a professional and friendly manner. You’ll be making around 80 calls per day, working through a list of approximately 2,000 customers over the course of a 6‑week assignment. A full script and training will be provided, along with light data entry tasks to log the outcomes of each call.
