About the Role Gowrie NSW in Lithgow is looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join a fixed‑term contract (November 2026 – June 2026). The role is part of a family of passionate educators focused on creating inclusive learning environments for young children. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, child‑centred learning plans. Support children's holistic development across physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and cultural domains. Collaborate with early childhood educators and parents to share best practice. Maintain up‑to‑date classroom documentation, attendance records and compliance certificates. Qualifications Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services or an ACECQA equivalent. Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection Training).
