Freeform Contracting have been operating in Darwin for 18 years. We specialise in Civil Construction and Commercial Landscaping throughout Northern Territory. Our recently completed projects include: NLC Katherine – Bulk earthworks, Civil pavements, Landscaping, irrigation and fencing. Liberty Square revitalisation – Landscape, irrigation, Hardscaping. Bundilla Beach – Earthworks, Civil pavements and Landscape. Essington Preschool – Earthworks, Civil, Landscape and Irrigation. ALC head office Groote Eylandt - Landscape. We are seeking a final trim operator with pride in their workmanship and an eagerness to lead others to excellence as our Civil supervisor. A full-time position, company vehicle and tool allowance is available to the right candidate this role. You must be a self-starter, be able to take direction, be reliable and trustworthy. All candidates must have a Driver’s licence, and own transport, White card and must be eligible to get an Ochre card and pass a police clearance. Starting rate of $50-60/hour negotiable aligned with essential skills. Higher rates paid for remote projects + food/ food allowance and accommodation. Up to 45 hours per week plus penalties. Casual rates for 12-week trial period, Full time work available for the right candidates. Proficient in all aspects of operating Excavator, Skid steer. Extensive experience in stormwater and building pad construction. Experience with Topcon Laser level to set out site and achieve correct levels. High level of commutation with team, client, other trades and management. Understanding of risk management documentation including SWMS, ITPs. Willingness to perform other duties. MC Licence.
