MARINE / BOAT Salesperson – Quintrex & Stacer Join the largest QUINTREX & largest STACER Dealerships on the Sunshine Coast An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and passionate Boat Salesperson to join the team at our Sunstate Marine , now operating two marine dealerships on the Sunshine Coast—proudly representing QUINTREX and STACER boats, powered by MERCURY and SUZUKI engines. About Us Sunstate Marine is a growing, dynamic dealership group backed by the long-standing success of Sunstate Motorcycles —a family-owned and operated business with over 28 years of excellence across 7 locations in South East Queensland. With an expanding presence in the marine industry, we’re focused on delivering top-tier boating, fishing, and leisure experiences. What You’ll Do We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable sales professional to help drive success across our new and used Quintrex & Stacer boat sales , featuring both Mercury and Suzuki outboards . You’ll engage with customers online, over the phone, and in-store, representing the most trusted names in the industry. Key Responsibilities Sell new and used boat packages, outboard engines, and marine accessories Provide expert marine product knowledge (electronics, vessel handling, equipment) Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up Prepare quotes, generate invoices, and manage sales documentation Assist in sourcing and evaluating used stock for resale What We Offer Full-time position with job security 5-day working week – no Sundays Staff discounts on marine and motorcycle products Supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing growth opportunities What You’ll Bring Proven sales experience, ideally in marine or trailer boat sales Strong boating and marine product knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills Competence in computer systems and sales software Current Driver’s License and Marine License Who You Are You're a driven, reliable professional who thrives in a sales-focused environment.
