Production Assistant – Accessories ZIMMERMANN is a leading luxury fashion brand celebrated for its sophisticated style and exceptional craftsmanship. We are seeking a newly created Production Assistant – Accessories to support the production process for Zimmermann Accessories, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Update and maintain style, BOM, and production data in PLM (Centric) from product compliance through to shipping. Coordinate and upload sample comments, manage manufacturers’ MOQs and lead times, and ensure all SMS are handed over from design as per the buy sheet. Ensure colour standards sent to factories are up to date and aligned with Swim & RTW teams. Support barcode generation, sample production scheduling, and testing coordination to meet Zimmermann’s standards. Manage DHL parcel sending/receiving, organise sample handovers for online content, and maintain production folders and trackers. Liaise with suppliers on weekly WIP, strike‑offs, PPS, shipment samples, and bulk ex‑factory dates. Organise all production packing requirements, including barcodes and care labels, and assist with Trimco as needed. Support QA and QC processes, including third‑party QC when required, and coordinate repairs or vendor chargebacks for QC failures. Assist with the Handbag Recovery Process, stock‑take reviews, and closing POs. Foster strong communication with Design, Retail Buying, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers. Requirements Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Outstanding planning, organisation, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with production systems like AP21. Good understanding of shoe manufacturing and luxury product standards.
