Job Title: Data Specialist (Data Consultant Manager) Department: Clinical FLSA Status: Exempt Position Overview As a Data Consultant Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and foundational learning of a data management platform designed to improve patient care and clinic efficiency for Omnipod, and ensuring its seamless integration and usage within healthcare clinics. Key Responsibilities Drive platform adoption and adherence by teaching and tailoring communications to healthcare providers. Identify patients on Omnipod to target a smooth transition onto the data platform. Diagnose and mitigate platform and reporting challenges through consultation and education. Present the data platform by crafting a compelling value proposition that differentiates from competitors. Drive data integration with EMR/HER to enable data sharing for clinics. Educate HCPs on new platform features, initiatives, and capabilities. Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions that resolve provider issues. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clinics, positioning yourself as a subject‑matter expert. Support ongoing use of the platform and capture feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with regional business leaders, product management, and Customer Care to deliver high‑quality onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) with 1‑3 years of sales or clinical experience and demonstrated success; Associate degree (minimally required). Professional, up‑to‑date credentials and/or certifications (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse) preferred. Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or service (preferred) and/or medical device sales experience. Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong influencing and collaboration skills. Ability to execute regional deliverables and manage multiple priorities. Ability to distill technical and clinical workflow processes into simplified steps. Proficiency with technology and clinical workflow systems, including insulin pumps and CGMs. Understanding of data analytics and ability to extract insights. Ability to troubleshoot technology‑related issues. Physical Requirements Valid driver’s license required; must reside within the geographic area of the assigned region. This field‑based position requires regular business travel, including 50% overnight travel, and proximity to a major airport or airline hub.
