We’re on the lookout for a Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at our Nambucca Heads Holidays site. Set between rainforest and ocean, Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle and a close-knit team environment; perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a scenic, guest‑focused holiday park. Jump in during busy times to help keep cabins and common areas sparkling clean and guest‑ready. Be the go‑to person on shift—supporting your team, keeping the vibe positive, and helping everyone do their best work. Help set up rooms for arrivals, events, and group bookings so everything looks great and feels welcoming. Champion safety by promoting smart use of PPE and equipment, and reporting any hazards. You’re Likely a Match If You Know your way around cleaning gear and safety basics, and take pride in a job well done. Have housekeeping experience and love working in a team that gets things done and has fun doing it. Enjoy helping others, bring a positive attitude, and communicate well with guests and teammates. Are physically active and happy to roll up your sleeves for hands‑on work. Can follow a schedule and stay organised. Hold a valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
