We are seeking a driven Assistant Director to support, lead, inspire and assist in managing our team of Educators, and support to run the day-to-day operations of our amazing service as we chart our course to even greater heights About your new role Assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures. Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff. Ensure that high-quality early learningprograms are delivered by our passionate team of Educators. Support with managing staffing rosters efficiently. Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines. Ensure that high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are practiced consistently. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all other stakeholders. Ensure you are actively attracting, converting and retaining families by effectively managing and overseeing tours, enrolments and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team About you A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA. Must have experience as a Assistant Director in an early childhood setting. Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework (EYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals. Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development trainingfor Educators.
