Role Overview As a Speech Pathologist, you will support clients across the lifespan to achieve communication and mealtime goals. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and deliver evidence‑informed interventions. Develop and implement goal‑based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals. Collaborate with families, carers and support networks to build functional capacity. Work flexibly across home, school, community and remote settings. Manage schedule and admin from home, with local clients and minimal travel. Qualifications Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, proactive communication skills. A genuine passion for empowering people with disability.
