A job to be proud of: We are seeking an organised and community-minded District Support Coordinator to join our team in Albany on a Permanent full‑time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting our regional operations and volunteers across the Great Southern district. You will coordinate the delivery of high‑quality administrative support for our regional centres and ensure that day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, assist with volunteer engagement, and help strengthen community connections. What you’ll do: Providing administrative support to management, including rostering, timecards, maintenance and cleaning coordination Maintaining accurate volunteer records and assisting with reward and recognition programs Liaising with the travel team to coordinate district travel requirements Supporting and attending community events to promote volunteer engagement and participation Maintaining district calendars, registers, and assets Assisting with induction and training documentation Training peers and administrative staff to enhance consistency across the region Some travelling within the district to maintain relationships with local stakeholders and sub centres Being the first point of contact for volunteer administrative queries. What you’ll need: Experience working with volunteers and in a team environment Strong administration and organisational skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence in training or supporting others.
