If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives. In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue‑generating business About Goodstart Bundaberg George Street: Our childcare centre boasts five well‑designed rooms and accommodates up to 75 children daily. The facility features a large natural playground, shaded by tall trees and supplemented with shade covers, providing a comfortable and safe outdoor environment. Additionally, a sweeping veranda area offers versatile space for various activities. Our team is dedicated to creating nurturing and inviting play spaces, both indoors and outdoors, that promote children's growth and development. We take pride in our long‑standing staff members who bring a wealth of qualifications and extensive experience to the centre.
