Marketing Director – Multi-Strategy Alternatives Manager

Our client, a leading multi-strategy alternative investment manager specializing in real estate, private equity, credit, and liquid market strategies, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director for a newly created role. This position will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, support capital-raising, and communicate investment philosophy and performance to stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll collaborate closely with capital raising, investor relations, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic : Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Support fundraising through collaboration with investment and capital raising teams. Design data-driven campaigns targeting institutional, family office, and wholesale investors. Ensure regulatory compliance for all materials. Content Development : Create compelling content like presentations, thought leadership, newsletters, and website updates with internal teams and external consultants. Manage agencies for design, copywriting, video production, and PR / media relations. Maintain brand consistency across channels. Content Distribution : Oversee digital channels including website, email, and social media with consultant support. Develop digital marketing strategies using automation tools. Plan and execute investor events, webinars, and conferences, handling logistics and follow-up. Stakeholder Engagement : Align marketing with distribution, investment, and client service teams. Build relationships with agencies, media, and industry partners. Contribute to leadership discussions and strategic decisions. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field. Proven marketing experience, ideally in financial services or investment management. Knowledge of private capital markets and investor communications. Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and analytics. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
