Key Responsibilities Change and Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of a new records managment system by healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Business Process Flows: Create detailed process flows, documenting current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including department executives and end-users, to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate change. Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and promote productivity. Impact Assessment: Perform impact assessments to identify areas where change management efforts are required. Documentation and Communication: Prepare change-related documentation, including communication materials (e.g., newsletters) to enhance employee awareness and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Status Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of change activities. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery as a business analyst. At least 3 years of experience in the Change Analysis domain. Proven experience in preparing and executing change and adoption strategies. Skilled in documenting business requirements and processes, including user stories. Experience working with change management tools and methodologies. Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in the health sector and/or government departments is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. PRINCE2 Agile or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
