Exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters with Australia’s most respected insurers Turks are looking for a 1 PQE + Lawyer with previous experience in litigation to join our high performing and successful Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team, based in Sydney. Responsibilities Working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance. Develop skills in insurance law and litigation. Have regular involvement and direct contact with clients. Appear in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts. Requirements An academic qualification in law, with a current NSW Practicing Certificate. A minimum of 1 year’s PQE, preferably with experience in litigation. Excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail. Additional Skills Enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously.
