Operations Control Supporting investment teams post trade execution Oversight of trade matching and settlement with custodians & counterparties Oversight of IBOR position keeping cash & stock reconciliations Oversight of Asset Servicing and Market Obligations Management of daily ASIC OTC Regulatory Reporting obligations Cashflow Management & Reporting for Mandate Clients Capital Markets Operations Daily ETF basket generation and dissemination Order Management Market Surveillance Exchange governance & reporting Service Provider Oversight Data Management Regional resource to meet the needs of local data requirements Strengthen data integrity quality and availability for region Projects Participate in projects / initiatives representing the Investment Operations team and functions Working closely with both local and global peers to ensure BAU is not compromised. Represent Investment Operations for onboarding of new product and client activity Lead smaller more localized projects for the Operations team seeking and driving operational efficiencies Your role may require you to interact with other JHI offices employees and third parties based in different time zones outside of core business hours such as the UK USA and Asia.
