Baker - Join our team & work during the day About Us: Berry Sourdough Bakery has been crafting authentic European sourdough since 2021. Our artisan sourdough and pastries are sold in our Flour Water Salt retail stores and cafés along the NSW South Coast. We're looking for a skilled & enthusiastic professional to join our team at the South Nowra wholesale bakery. Part‑time or full‑time hours Tuesday to Saturday. No night work Responsibilities: Experience in sourdough bread-making is essential. Minimum 1‑2 years of sourdough bread‑making experience is required. Work with our bakery team in all aspects of production, including mixing, shaping, ovens and operating baking equipment (mixer, divider, cutter, rounder). What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a bakery, ideally in a commercial setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Passion for traditional baking methods and high‑quality ingredients. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
