About the role Execute Myer national VM strategies, including marketing and special activation events. Collaborate with the national VM team to plan in-store presentations, brand placement and local events. Build strong relationships with in-store stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment. Lead, coach and develop your VM team to delivery excellence. About you Proven experience in Visual Merchandise with a strong creative eye. VM qualifications highly regarded. Collaborative and innovative mindset. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and people management skills. Skilled in time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
