Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Be the driving force behind a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Achieve KPIs: Ensure the success of our branches by meeting key performance indicators related to order intake, safety, service standards, and profitability. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and drive business growth opportunities. Community Engagement: Oversee regular community events and professional training, strengthening our ties with the communities we serve. Supplier Relations: Build beneficial relationships with suppliers, offering opportunities for internal training and collaboration with health provider networks. Policy Implementation: Ensure effective rollout of company policies and procedures across all branches. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Group Operations Leadership to drive operational excellence within your branches. Requirements Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Demonstrate integrity and compassion in all interactions. Proven ability to address difficult customer situations and handle complaints effectively. Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate tasks accordingly. Previous experience in retail management and driving sales growth. Significant in-person presence across multiple sites. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the mobility industry, working with the elderly, or people with disabilities. Proficient in Excel. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
