We currently have space for a General Practitioner who interested in working at a busy practice and has strong interest in Chronic Disease Management.Ochre Medical Centre Grafton is a large and spacious medical centre, which is nestled right in front of the beautiful Clarence River. This practice has onsite Pathology, onsite Pharmacy, Allied Health & Visiting Specialists and enormous treatment room for minor procedures. In addition, our nursing team is available to support immunizations, vaccinations, BP monitoring, women health, health assessments & chronic disease management.With the current GPs’ patient books full, we have a vital need for a GP to join the practice and support the community of Grafton.General Practice Information:Opportunity available to supervise registrars and Non-VR GPs High billing practice ($445p/hr) due to high patient demand in the region Introductory % of billings – 75% for the first 3 month After the first 3 months, 65% of billings – GPs bill at their own discretion $25k incentive payment paid on commencement DPA and MM3 location in NSW Practice hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm 1 dedicated nurse for every 2 doctor at the practice Online booking system Hot Docs On and off-site operational and clinical management support Practice is supported by visiting Specialists & Allied Health, and Registered Nurses to assist with CDM, immunizations and women’s health We track better patient health outcomes and better patient satisfaction scores Patient demographic is varied with around 10% identifying as first nation people Relocation assistance available if needed Grafton, NSW town has to offer:Grafton has a population just under 20,000 population while the Clarence Valley of which Grafton is the main service centre is close to 55,000 in population Airports – 1hr drive from Coffs Harbour Airport, 1.5hr drive from Ballina Airport and 2hr drive from Gold Coast Airport, Both public and private schools options available in town Shops like Woolworths, Aldi, Spotlight, Coles, Big W, Target, BCF and other major retailers are in the area Great town for weather, parks, reserve and all sports Affordable housing options available for rent or to buy General Practitioner Experience:Currently a FRACGP or FACRRM Fellow – (AHPRA Vocational Registration) is highly desirable Interested in health outcomes and Chronic Disease Management Pick your hours and days at the GP clinic Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Other and Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ochre Health by 2x Get notified about new General Practitioner jobs in Grafton, New South Wales, Australia .
